I (and a colleague) have Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox N560 PDAs. Built-in GPS, WiFi, VGA resolution, native client available from: http://www.sun.com/download/products.xml?id=433240e1 You wouldn't work to work on a large spreadsheet this way but you can do stuff...
