Can you help us?
We use SGD client (4.20.983, without any patch) and we have some problems.
We connect servers which are in another country in an IT center.
At there, the users can work without any problems. But we have some:
1.
Sometimes the SGD client suddenly close all window, and disconnect.
Everyhing lose, and can not resume the sessions (when logon again).
2.
Sometimes SGD do not refresh a (random) window , and leave the window on the
screen, so it hide other windows, and we can not close it.
Sometimes only clear a window, and do not refresh any more. And do not allow
to
close it.
3.
We have some other mysterious problem, example when somebody open a new
window
in his SGD client, and it appears in an other person's window!
So he opened it, but he can not see, and another (random) user get a new
window,
which he do not need (and see the other person's data).
(But I think it's not an SGD client error.)
I thought we may have problem with the network connection.
But monitoring the connection show that, only a few (5-6) pocket lose on a
day.
(when pinging the servers.)
I can not find anything about these problems on the internet(yet). I will
read the archive messeges in this list.
