Odd that you posted this - we've just come across a keyboard problem too. Using a Mac (OS X) to connect to an XP desktop via SGD 4.4, two of my colleagues have found that there isn't a key on the keyboard that will give you a \ - bit of a problem if you try to map a drive etc!
