I just recently installed a computer with Fedora Core. I typically use
Debian or Ubuntu on all my servers, so I make a fresh virtual machine
install to run SGD. I'm using the latest version (4.40-917). After adding in
the libexpat-compat module, the installation was fairly uneventful until
this message.

 - In a web browser, go to:
   http://mako/
 - When prompted, log in with username "Administrator" and root's password.
 - On your webtop, click Administration Guide to learn more about the
product
(we strongly recommend you read the "Getting Started" section).

I logged into the web interface from my desktop system (different computer,
this vm doesn't have X installed) and attempted to login with Administrator
and the root password I had set an hour or so before. It repeatedly gives me
the same login screen with "Invalid Credentials" at the bottom. I've since
changed the root password, and tried logging in again with both. I've dug
around in the program for another place that could have a password
unsuccessfully. There is a tarantella file in the /etc/pam.d folder as well,
so it should be able to access the passwords. I've also removed, rebooted,
then reinstalled sgd as well with no change.

Has anyone encountered this before? I searched through the mailing list
history and couldn't find a similar situation. Is it a Fedora Core 7 vs.
Fedora Core 8 problem? I'm really want to avoiding doing another 8 hour dvd
image download if it won't help.
