By default, all users gets "Applications" group which contains "My Desktop". If
you want a specific user to have his/her own "My Desktop" application, you'll
need to create a User Profile for that user and make sure that the user profile
does not inherit the "Applications" group. Then you can assign his/her own "My
Desktop" application to the User Profile.
