Would the enhanced expression evaluator be general enough to use for other
purposes, or would it be specific to load_formula?
I'm looking at a change to improve the fairness of how job priorities are
calculated where there are multiple pending jobs for a sharetree node. As
the maths I want to use on our cluster might be different than the maths
someone else needs on theirs, such a thing might be useful...
