That does NOT change your subnet! That just changes the subnet mask which
denotes the range of the subnet and is not your desired result.

You need two hubs. On one hub, you want the DSL router, the http server and
your STN server's external nic. The other hub will have your workstations
and the internal nic from your STN server. Now put the DSL router back to
the subnet it was at. Make sure that your ISP keeps port 80 mapped to the
http server. And change the http server's ip address to the subnet that the
router is on(coordinate that ip address with your ISP).

for instance, this lineup will work:
http server could be at 192.168.100.250
DSL router could be at 192.168.100.254
STN nic 192.168.100.2
subnet mask = 255.255.255.0
have your isp map port 80 in the DSL router to 192.168.100.250 for http
access.

Your ISP (I assume) has a public Internet address assigned for the 'other'
side of the DSL router that will be the DNS entry for the http server.

If you leave the internal net alone, this will work. If you want to
reconfigure the internal net or converse further, let's take this off the
list as this is no longer an STN issue.

Lyle,
I'll try changing my internal LAN subnet to 255.255.0.0. I have an http
server running on my LAN and the DSL Router has port 80 mapped to it.

Thanks
Stacy
