I just got a new 3com US Robotics ISDN TA (the newest one). Whenever I try to send mail or upload via ftp, I get a little bit of data to transfer and then it stalls out and never resumes. I took the TA off the STN box and went directly from my machine and it worked great. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
