This is a perfect example of a non-descriptive error message.
The translation is: "Fork over the 70 smackers for a registration
code!" Without one, STN times out after 30 min with this error.
If you have one - did you type it in correctly? (It is a bizarre,
seemingly random string of upper and lower case letters.)
