I have a cable modem setup. They change the IP on me once per month or so, and I want to know about it from the outside. Tried to setup a script using snarf to view the STN admin web page and view what STN thought the IP address was. The script works, but STN thinks the old IP is still valid after Media One has changed IP's on me. I have the Telnet method working, but would prefer the snarf method. Is there anyway to get STN to notice that it's IP has changed without using the tz0 type option?
