Tim,
I have sent many messages to this group that never get acknowledged, and a
few that have. I think what happens here is that if no one knows the answer
to your question, no one replies. This is a good thing, because there is no
reason to take up bandwidth and blast everyone's email box with "sorry,
can't help you" messages, but I know it is frustrating to think no one is
out there. I am sure that if someone can answer you, they will.
You could try writing to the tech support email address, but, unfortunately,
I've sent a couple of emails there that have never been acknowledged
*shrugs*.
