I used to have a lot of problems using ICQ with ShareTheNet, but with the
latest versions of ICQ I don't have these problems anymore, at least not
with connections and messages. I still can't send files or go
into chat with someone. I am currently using ICQ Version 2000a Beta v.4.30
Build #3141.
I don't use the configuration parameters that are recommended at the
ShareTheNet FAQ site. I found that I had better luck without them. They
never did make the chat or file transfer work.
