exclude the local ip numbers in your brouwser ???

Everything works fine, but i cant access the webinterface. I've got 2.1.3
with NAT and Admin, but i cant connect to the internal ip or the external
ip.
I cant see httpd loading while booting. (is it neccessary ?).
