Yes, it can be accessed inside the local net.
Someone in isp told me that all ports below 1023 are closed to input 
traffic, so new light is lit. I only need to move ports 20 and 21 on 
linux box to ones above 1023.
And I've already did that, but traffic still not goes out the local net.
Maybe some ipportfw would work !
Any sugestions ?
