ok are you using icq2000b? if so it should auto shutdown the second icq if
this is the same number. If not icq wil crash after a few min and takes a
long time to reconnect.
if you try to reconnect icq to much it wil not reconnect for 10-20min. I
hope you set up icq to use a firewall and no proxy?.
if you use 2000b enable the option keep connection alive. I am using STN and
can connect 3 or more icq's without a problem so it should work without
any scripts or command.
