John,

1.  I know Linux - well somewhat!  I don't do -TOO- badly, but I guess I 
do reasonably well.  (and when I don't know - I usually know who to 
ask...)

2.  I know a bit of VB too (I use it for "toolsmithing" at work)

3.  I'd be glad to help.

The big problem here is probably the same one YOU have - working 80 hour 
days makes it kind-of tough to stay totally on top of something like 
that.  I'm willing to -help-, but I know for a damn-sure fact that I'd 
not be the one to totally admin the thingie.
