This can be just about anything. Sharity-Light does not give very detailled  
error messages. But my first guess: Not all versions of Sharity-Light accept  
IP addresses instead of hostnames without specifying the server's netbios  
name. Maybe

        shlight //10.2.2.20/users/pdongilli /mnt -Updongilli -s<server>

(set <server> to the server's name) works. If not, try to enable debugging  
with option '-D 0xff'. It might contain more information about the cause of  
the failure.
