This is a known bug in very old versions of Sharity 1. Upgrading to 1.12
should fix it. It was caused by the mapping of the execute-bit to the system
bit. Since directories are always 'executable', they acquired the system
attribute. A workaround consists of changing the exec-mapping in sharity.cfg.
