Unfortunately yes. The officially specified part of the CIFS specification limits the list of servers to one network packet. Those servers that fit into the limit are displayed, others not. You should get a short warning in the syslog about that. If you have so many computers in your domain, I would recommend that you add only those which you intend to access manually to the "CIFS Servers" section.
