The information provided by the server is very limited and that's
intentional. It's hard to say why the server rejects your login. Since
Windows 2000, Microsoft has switched to Kerberos as primary authentication
scheme. Sharity still uses the old scheme in compatibility mode. It is
possible that this server does not allow the old scheme for security
reasons.

You may be able to find more information in the server's event log. This is
the place where the reasons for a denied login attempt are (or at least can
be, depending on logging verbosity) logged.
