dont forget to pull the entire forward body wiring harness uncut from the
firewall bulkhead to the headlamps from this car. this is absolutely essential
for anyone trying to convert a N/A car to a turbo car.

many folks dont know that all the 1988 and 1989 daytona turbo engine
compartment harnesses were all the same harness. the plug for the charge temp sensor
for the T ll is serviced in every one of those daytona turbo harnesses T l
automatic or stick shift. those of you with an 88 or 89 T l go take a look its
there right along the firewall on the passenger side, or near the strut tower
serviced in the harness. the T l computer is programmed to not read that sensor
input. thats why the plug is unused. the plug is grey in color, and has a black
wire with a red stripe and a black wire with a blue stripe going to it.

it was easier for ma mopar to make 1 type of turbo engine harness for the
daytona each year and then configure the computer to either sense a specific
sensor or not.

hope this helps
