    Seems most of these guys didn't read what you said about not wanting to 
change speedometers. At my speedometer shop (about an hour from me) they sell 
ratio adapters. They are used if you are running odd tires on your car or you 
changed the final drive or something. They offset the output of the speedo 
cable about an inch. I don't know if that would help enough.
    Another option I have seen is an electric to mechanical speedometer 
adaptor. I forget where but try doing a search on Yahoo or Google. They are out 
there. They use an electric motor to drive your speedo cable from the electric 
signal.
