I ran one like this in my old 87 Pacifica. Cracked the case on the original, so it was replaced with a rebuilt 87 Shadow TBI trans., using the original turbo (non lockup) torque converter. Worked great, but I didnt build the tranny, so I dont know if any changes were made. But the case and internals are interchangeable at least, Id say.
