Your question is so general it's almost impossible to answer. The first
thing to do is to replace to bad turbo and then drive the car some to clean
out the junk in the chambers. You can also try firing it up and spraying a
couple of cans of carb cleaner through it - just make sure to rev it up
since the cleaner doesn't burn, and will kill the engine if you do it at
idle. From there, see how it runs and then you will have a better starting
point to make other repairs.
