the chrysler premium sound cassette player for 1987 with joystick is a
mitsubishi unit,

the chrysler infinity ll cassette player with surround sound and push button
EQ. with light up LEDs is a mitsubishi unit,

the chrysler "slave" CD player that is stand alone and mounts below the
infinity l and ll in the daytona and lebaron where the storage cubby/cupholder
spot
is and has a patch cord to plug into both of these stereos is a mitsubishi
unit.

i would know i have 2 of these CD players, and several of these particular
radios. all the stickers say mitsubishi electric co on them. they also say
chrysler infinity on the front. this is only because infinity worked with
chrysler
on the SPEAKER system that went into high end versions of these cars when they
were new. kinda like Delco Bose on certain GM cars of this same era, or Ford
JBL audio for that matter. infinity on the stereo has nothing to do with the
stereo itself rather it had to do with the advertising of the speaker system in
one of these cars

hope this helps
