Nope, all the flywheels and starters have the same teeth.

Subject: SD> Starter Question

well gang I got some quality time with my 86 turbo Z this evening, and a
little bit better look at my transmission "knock" sounds. Of course I
haven't checked the flywheel bolts yet, I ran out of daylight, but the
top shield between the engine and trans looks a little beat up, but it's
beat out away from the flywheel. Another thought I had while crawling
around taking the trans bolts out, was is there a difference in flywheel
teeth? I guess what I'm getting at is maybe it's the wrong starter for
this car? I don't even know if that's possible but it's worth a long
shot. Hopefully Saturday I'll get enough time to check the flywheel
bolts now that the temp is staying down a little.
