The tranny (a 525) tossed the spider gear out the bottom about a year ago, and I've been intending to put a 520 back in the car for the past months, but due to different projects haven't been able to. The body is solid, but ugly. There is NO underbody rust, but the driver's side fender is crunched, as is the driver's door, which also has the glass missing. The interior, except for the glove box cover is in good shape, except for the ton of broken glass and dirt from some toolboxes throwing a big concrete block through the window while it was on the side of the road. Now, the other downside. While I have a title, I have no keys. The only keys I had to it were destroyed when they got run over by an 18 wheeler. So, the hatch (which has a 520 sitting in) can't be opened, and there are no keys to get it started once it gets running again. The block is still in it, and other than having some serious carbon on the pistons, it appears to be in good shape. The driver's side front suspension is removed (in preparation for the tranny swap) and I don't have time to put it back together, so it's on 3 wheels. The parts (with a broken axle) are in the inside of the car. The grill is also broken, so it will need a replacement grille, but the rest of the plastic trim and lights are in good shape. Here's the deal, I have to know that somebody's coming to get it by Thursday this week, or I'll have to call a junkyard, as it has to be gone, let my in-laws get cited, yada yada.
