I have been on the SDML list since 98, and the consensus back several years ago was the H bodies only had ONE wiring harness and it included the connection. The plug if not used for a Navigator is taped off out of the way, and you almost have to completely dissasemble your entire dash to find it but it should be there. I have not looked in any of my H bodies, but several other people have found it. When you look at the wiring diagram in the service manuals and at your fuse box, it has the Navigator in the diagram.
As far as the question about am I certain, the answer is I am not certain of anything with these cars, but i/d bet that most if not all H bodies have a plug somewhere that hooks into the Navigator.
