As of two years ago when Ray Duque and I interviewed Bob Marsh at the 
Shelby works in Vegas during the SEMA show (November 4, 2004) the 
original artwork to "print" the dash plaques (autopositives?) was still 
on file at Shelby. It would seem that a request to Carroll along with 
proof of ownership of the vehicle in question along with a suitable 
payment or donation to the foundation might get you a new plaque.
