have a 89 Daytona Shelby with 2.2 turbo II and a 555. I get a click from
the relay when I try to start the car. I bought a new starter, and relay
and now the car still does the same thing. Now the wire that goes to the
solenoid starts to smoke when I crank it plus no crank just clicks from the
relay. When testing the wire going to the slant it shows going directly to
ground. Is with true?
