I did a mock up a while back to test fit a few parts. The large NPR will fit
with the tabs ground off and the stock rad fits back in front of it. The
DOHC head bolts to the block and with the mexican 2.4 turbo exhaust manifold
the HY35 Holset bolts up and had more room than a T3 with a 8v head.
I would get:
A large NPR intercooler
early 2.0 Neon DOHC head
Mexican 2.4 turbo exhaust manifold
HY34, 2003 and newer turbo
Lonewolf intake
parts group from FWD, the pulleys, belt and spark plug wires, etc.

Subject: SD> 16 valve conversion
I am thinking of changing to a 16 valve setup, but am having a hard time
finding info, or the parts I will need. Currently I have a 2.5 that is
done up
about as far as possible. I also do not know if the 16 valve conversion
will
fit in my '86 GLHT, due to the large intercooler. Any and all advice will
be
appreciated.
