Yes, the Daytonas with t-tops were just sawsalled by "Cars and Concepts"  (or 
something like that)  I've read things on other Shelby lists/forums by people 
that worked for that company and the told what they did to create the T-top 
cars.  Rivets and no welding to an original hard top car.
The hardtop Daytonas are a night and day different car to drive.  Quieter too!  
A lot quieter. 
But a Lebarob convertible is a much stiffer car than a t-top Daytona.  The 
underside of it was designed to be a convertible and is different than a 
hardtop LeBaron.  I've never compaired them at a salvage yard but have been 
told that the underside is different.
