If no one has a set handy, its easy to come up with:

Should be any FWD Dodge with 5-bolt rear drums (excluding minivans) including 
Neons.  Grab the backing plates, drums and parking cables.  Refresh the brakes, 
install, check the alignment and enjoy.

If you notice that the brakes don't seem to work very well, or they are hard to 
bleed, make sure the load-based brake bias solution is working.  When bleeding, 
you need to place the rear axle on a set of jackstands or you won't get any 
fluid.
