A friend has a Shelby Lancer and it appears the nylon rod that you pull up to allow shifting into reverse has broken. Does anyone know how to repair the rod? Is the part still available new? From Who? Has anyone made a replacement part with metal or cable or???? Does anyone have a good one they can part with?
