SQUARELY AND CORRECTLY PRESERVING THE RECORD ON GILGIT BALTISTAN
The under mentioned is an aimed, subject resultant of various diatribes and
verbose exuberance of cock-a-doodie-doo and outrageous nature:-
1. Category of Pro Brahmin-Hindus and Likes, Knowledge of Pakistan
History, State of J&K without the Aid of Pakistan, Idea of Gilgit Baltistan As
a separate Country is not Practical.
A. Separate country is not practical.
a. The Dogra Hindu cum English Christian regime in Gilgit Baltistan was
many times better than the Saudiased unIslamic version of so called Islamic
rule of greedy Pakistani elites. Before the advent of the illrooted house of
Saud in the holly Mecca-Medina, the Islam in Gilgit Baltistan Laddakh (Bolor),
Kashmir and Hind was of a more pure nature, mainly transcending from Turkey and
Iran.
b. All the Saudi cum their masters funded and ISI controlled and trained
Lashkars, Jaishes, Jundullahs, Hizbs, Ansars, Sipahs etc will be
counterproductive, destructive and cancerous; exactly like the tribal Pathan
Lashkars of 1947-48 Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan war of liberation. This very
category is also being used against China, Russia, Iran, non conformist Muslim
people of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkey and Central Asia. This Satanic
conspiracy is too deep to be understood by a common citizen but it is getting
exposed day by day.
c. Can anyone explain the ideology and objectives of the creation of
Pakistan? What is the history of Pakistan and why was it created and what is
its purpose after the breakaway of East Pakistan? It is doing a disservice to
the cause of Islam rather than a service mainly because of bigoted racial and
sectarian mindsets of its mainly military Punjabi rulers of self centred nature.
d. All the oppressed people of the regions linked with Kashmir dispute
will be thousand times better if Pakistan is put on a silent and non active
mode. Self reliance is the key to success and Gilgit Baltistan, Laddakh,
Chitral, Aksai Chin, Pamir, Kohistan (Bolor) as a separate country of a
complete peaceful nature will be instrumental in removing miseries from POJK,
IOJK and it will usher in a reign of prosperity to a major portion of the World
in terms of area and population. Gilgit Baltistan portion of Bolor is already
on the track of becoming an independent country. It has started asserting and
exercising itself. Govt of Pakistan has “No”, repeat “No”, moral, legal and
international position on it. Gilgit Baltistan and adjoining region can assume
final shape of complete independence either through internal implosion or a
Global power violent clash or an international amity. The best scenario will be
of an international handshake in
Gilgit through the good offices of the people of Gilgit Baltistan. It is
interesting to note that a top Pakistan brain known as Mushahid Hussain, the
other day was saying on television that link with China and Kashmir is the
survival of Pakistan. He also said that by Kashmir, he means Srinagar and
Muzafarabad. He did not mention linchpin of disputed Gilgit at all.
2. Comparison of Disputed Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan and Indian
Occupied Jammu Kashmir Human Rights situation.
There can be no comparison at all in the human rights situation in both these
regions in tandem. Out of the total area of the former State, in the
approximately 60% region of IOJK; there are atrocities and bludgeoning mainly
in the area of the vale of Kashmir. In the 35% Gilgit Baltistan area of the
disputed former state, there is a complete absence of basic human rights since
1947, uptill now. This pathetic situation is shrouded under the guise of Islam,
extensive fraudulent psychological warfare, cruel divide and rule on all
possible lines, very tight and shrewd military control and turning away of a
complete blind eye by the USA, EU, OIC, China for guarding their mean interests
in a seesaw fashion through the illegal occupation of the Govt of Pakistan in
this extremely sensitive country. The enormously advertised empowerment order
Sep 2009, is in actual fact a failing desperate attempt of the govt of Pakistan
to save itself from the quagmire of Gilgit
Baltistan in the Kashmir dispute international equation; and adding more to
the mess for a while only. The gross human rights violation situation in the
Kashmir valley is in actual fact a making of the irresponsible short sighted
and cunning military generals of Pakistan army, as well as the sell out and
substandard political leadership of IOJK, and also of official and pseudo
nationalist political leadership of IOPK, beside the typical lethargic, stereo
and unimaginative political as well as military leadership of India. Gilgit
Baltistan even now has not an iota of what India has accorded to the people of
IOJK since 1947. The people of Gilgit Baltistan have underwent all the miseries
and sufferings of senseless and alien imposed wars and skirmishes since 1947
i.e. 1947-48 war, 1965 war, 1971 war, 1999 Kargil war, Siachen war 1984 till
todate and continous artillery duels, small scale battles etc. Our vast areas
have been nibbled away by Inidan army
and traded off to China by the Punjabi elites of Punjabistan. What about
becoming gun fodder, prisoner, injured, displaced persons and innumerable
connected miseries in all this imposed fuss in the name of liberation jehad of
Islamic Kashmir by the momineen leadership of Islam without even an iota of
human rights? We suffered repeated Pakistan army and sometimes strong civilian
govt engineered huge onslaughts in the name of Islam in 1974, 1988, 2005-2007.
Internal strifes of the higest order is an altogether another chapter. Our all
heroic efforts and deeds have been cunningly hijacked and steered off on the
basis of the hollow slogans of creation of Pakistan, Jehad e Kashmir and
Pakistan; of which were are as yet not a part. Our lands are going away and
Mussalmans from Pathanistan and Punjabistan are being encouraged to settle here
to strengthen Islam in their Shia cum Ismaili majority non Muslim country? Our
history is being continuously manipulated
and twisted so as to snatch our geography. In Kashmir, we have hundreds
missing and killed. In actual fact the vale of Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan
both are the root causes of all suffering of the people of sub continent
Indopak and the remedy of it to justly focus on Gilgit also. This will benefit
Srinagar also in a way; never before. There can be no comparison in the World
compared with the deceit of defacto integration, frauds, lies,
misrepresentations and sugar coated enmities of the Govt of Pakistan
(Punjabistan) on Gilgit Baltistan portion of Bolor.
3. Blurbs of, “It has become a province but not a province...”
a. Such confused statements speak volumes about muddled thinking,
immaturity and improper general awareness and breadth of outlook. The so called
Sept 2009, Empowerment Order and Dec 2009, Rules of Business are in actual
fact; more empowerment and safe business for non local military and civilian
bureaucratic edifice with a very clever cover to play from behind the
curtains. It is without any reference to political context by the president of
Pakistan, who is not the president of POGB. The Govt of Gilgit Baltistan
clearly means the non local chief secretary and the Govt of Pakistan for Gilgit
Baltistan is the ministry and minister K&GB(Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan) .
Superimposed over it is the Military HQs of FCNA, HQ 10 CORPS and GHQ. This
disorder type order is more harmful than the previous ones but the full ISI and
MI as well as IB and other agencies’ psychological warfare machinery is behind
it, to make it very sugar coated.
Taxes are in the offing and land grabbing impetus is gaining momentum. The
local Sunni inert woman Governor is living in Gilgit in “Serena Hotel” or with
his brother like a guest for very long and the Punjabi Chief Secretary is not
vacating the House of Governor (Governor Ghansar Singh’s abode). Local Shia
illiterate and third rated Chief Minister has been put in a guest house in an
isolated park with a deserted makeshift office. Local Ismaili old and rotten
speaker of the assembly from submerged region of upper Hunza is a curse for
even Hunza. Over the speaker and apparently under him is the ISI beloved Sunni
deputy speaker from Kashrote, who was inserted on this post despite losing in
the election, like his uncle who lost but was made to win after engineering
1988, sectarian onslaught. This is the Lebanon model for the locals only,
without disturbing; rather making the non local colonial apparatus more
powerful and safe. Before becoming
president, General Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan was also known as Chief
Executive and so was the previous Chief Executive, Mir Ghazanfar of Hunza.
Nomenclatures makes no difference.
b. There were many who opposed this dastardly order, even in an
internationally sponsored state of a very deep and widening divide and rule.
The ground situation in Gilgit Baltistan is absolutely different from London
and so called Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This illegitimate order was given an
illicit birth with many tricks and technical arts and crafts to look legal. It
was initially announced only on media in end Aug 2009, and then few good
looking but false statements were leaked in writing on official websites. The
deception was so powerful that even very staunch but simple nationalists were
baffled. Eventually in the second week of Sept 2009, it was perhaps signed, but
made public, months after and even much after the 16 November elections. Very
strong opposition on ground was displayed by Gilgit Baltistan Democratic
Alliance (GBDA), All Parties National Alliance – Bolor Jammu Kashmir (APNA-BJK)
and others in a furry. The first
significant on ground opposition was to be displayed on 28 Sept 2009, at 1430
hrs in Colonel Hassan Khan Shoppinf Mall, Gilgit in a public gathering on, “The
Behaviour of the Govt of Pakistan (West Pakistan) regarding internationally
recognised disputed Gilgit Baltistan and adjoining areas – The Empowerment
Order August 2009! What is the fact and what is fiction? Bain-ul-Iqwami tasleem
kardah mutnazia watan Gilgit Baltistan ke babat hakumat e Pakistan (Maghribi
Pakistan) ka ruwaia – Hukumnama August 2009 – kia haqeeqat aur kia afsana”.
Military commander FCNA, Maj General Muzammil (Pimp ofPervez Musharaf), by
using his arsenal of Kashmiri freedom fighters (Fasadis) through Military
Intelligence staged lobbying of grenades on innocent shopkeepers and thus
triggered a wave of sectarian killings in dozens and imposition of a curfew
like situation. Anyhow, the gathering was held in suburban Danyore. It is awful
to make a mountain out of a mole.
Why 1st Nov 2009, and 28th Apr 2010, public gatherings were not allowed to be
held? All private and official electronic and print media on Gilgit Baltistan
is strictly controlled by ISI. The type, scale, frequency, relegation and
absence of news on Gilgit Baltistan is evident of Govts policies. The Govt of
Pakistan’s policy on internationally recognised Northern Areas of Kashmir
(Bolor) can be easily summed up in these proverbs- “ Na teen main aur na terah
main- neither in three and nor in thirteen”, “Dhobi ka kuta na gher ka na ghaat
ka – The washerman’s dog is neither of washerman’s workplace, nor of his house”.
c. In Azad Jammu Kashmir there are not many, who demand even what UN
authorised them in 1948. They do not know exactly as to how the English
imperialist sponsored govt of AJK was formed on 24th Oct 1947, by the English
GHQ of Pakistan army. Why this stooge govt was formed and nourished? The
purpose was to linger on the dispute and enslave the people of POGB and IOJK,
through the always imperialist puppet dominions of India and Pakistan.
Sometimes they clip the wings of unruly Pakistan, who start the chorus of
“Friends not masters” or start getting out of their shoes designed for them.
Why there is not an own constitution of POJK? What about the acts before act
74? Correct your own house before peeping into others homes. We in Gilgit
Baltistan are on a winning spree, despite very heavy odds. Why almost twenty
years back, the whole of Kashmir was aflamed by the so called “Nationalist”
political leadership into the hands of ISI and GHQ?
Violence is an end consequence of obtaining objective; after exhaustion of
political means. It is unfortunately other way round in IOJK. Low Intensity
Conflict (LIC) coined terminology of General Aziz (American legion of honour
and architect of 1999 Kargil as well as 1988 sectarian onslaught on Gilgit
besides, General Zia and Gen Ayaz), General Hameed Gul (He openly said on
television that he opposed while in army, army chief General Janjua’s wish to
grant political rights to Gilgit Baltistan. He had very deep connections with
American Pentagon as ISI head and is now the champion of Islam ), Gen Jehangir
Karamat (now a Canadian national and on paylist of American think tank),
General Mehmood(10 Corps commander and ISI head ), Gen Musharaf (Americans paid
him US $ 20 million to detach from the power through Gen Mehmood Duranni ) are
more harmful than of any benefit whatsoever for the oppressed masses of the
former State this and that side of the
divide. They are now openly on the paylists of their grand masters and are
chanting songs of Aman ki Asha on the one hand and stabbing in the back on the
other hand – “Baghal main churi, moon main raam raam- a knife in the armpit and
ram ram in the mouth”- They all are American cum Saudiased scoundrels, munafiqs
and Islam sellers.
4. The Relevance of Supreme Court of Pakistan with Gilgit Baltistan.
In May 1999, and even before, the supreme court of Pakistan and other courts
have given judgements displaying their inability to matter in Gilgit Baltistan.
This should have sufficed for us. A good nationalist of Gilgit Baltistan and
Kashmir will consider these courts or any other tools of the Govts of Pakistan
and India in their respective territories as illegal and illogical. To go into
these courts instead of other international courts warrant a risk of a harmful
judgements being infringed upon. The ruffian Chief Justice, Iftikhar Chaudhry
is a characterless person and a choice of immoral Musharraf. He is an
opportunist, ill-mannered and bigoted person; who is a drunkard and a
womenizer. IB/ ISI / MI has more than a dozen files on him, which he wants to
take back from them, thus he is being black mailed by them. He is playing the
political games in Pakistan on their behest. Will such a person give a
judgement which is of use to our sacred cause? We
respect and want to be cooperative with all nationalists of varying shades but
there should be some mechanism that we should know about their sufferings and
plights. We should not seek credits for minor deeds and our ideology should be
our leader. The economic strangulation of the nationalists of Gilgit Baltistan
is a well known fact and we have to undergo this phase of injustice with a lot
of patience and mutual brotherhood instead of pointing fingers at each other.
The problem of the nationalists of Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir is mutual
bickering and denial of spirit of accommodation. In the end, in the unique
battlefield of Karbala, Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) was left with a handful
people. Who are we to count on hundreds, thousands and millions of masses
following us. Our just cause and correctness of the line of action should be
more important to us than the number of raw followers.
5. British with the Help of Gilgit Scouts, managed Unrest which resulted
in Overthrow of the Maharaja appointed Governor Brigadier Ghansar Singh.
This erroneous and irresponsible statement is aiming at an eye wash, amounts to
pointing fingers in an illogical way and is a disgrace to the heroic historic
deeds, Islamic zeal, political acumen and immense mental /physical
determination of not only the people of Gilgit Baltistan Laddakh, but as well
as those of Jammu and Kashmir, who brought down the Dogra cum English yoke of
slavery, staged a revolution, fought for fourteen months and liberated two
third portion of the former State. Such nonsense ought to be repudiated in the
strongest possible terms, because this is an asset and a question of the
political rights, political claims and political identity of the people of
Gilgit Baltistan Laddakh, as well as those of Jammu Kashmir. The Sudhan
uprising in Poonch and revolt of the Muslim elements of Jammu and Kashmir
Regiments alongwith Gilgit Scouts and volunteer Mujahidins in Gilgit, Skardu,
Chilas Bunji, Astore, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Rawlakot,
Plandri, Kotli, Sehnsa, Gulpur, Bhimber and Mirpur resulted in the liberation
of what is today known as Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir. The
imperialist out going British and new incoming and taking over American powers
at that time had to amend their original plans, so as to safeguard their
interests and implement the post second World War order. This was done by
undoing the 1st Nov 1947, Govt of Islamic Republic formed at Gilgit and doing
of the 24th Oct 1947, Govt in Plandri / Muzaffarabad. So that, the influence of
the original revolutionaries and nationalists of Gilgit Baltistan and Azad
Jammu and Kashmir is undone and is replaced by their beloved, faithful, loyal
and time tested Punjabi military cum civilian leadership of Punjabistan. The
under mentioned must be pondered upon before making any loose statement like
this in future:-
a. When, who, how and why the standstill agreement was broken down and
tribal invasion of Kashmir was orchestrated?
b. How, when and who liberated Mirpur and adjoining area?
c. There were only two British officers in Gilgit Scouts. Initially,
Major Brown was willingly leased out to the Maharaja to ensure smooth handing
over back of Gilgit wazarat from double control to single control of Maharaja.
He was technically an officer of Maharaja and under command subordinate of
Brig. Ghansar Singh. He was arrested before the arrest of Ghansar Singh
(protective custody), again arrested after formulation of 1st Nov 1947, govt,
released and then arrested for the third time and deported for initiating and
fuelling Sunni Shia seeds of discontent. He was a treacherous person of the
highest order, lawrence of Gilgit Baltistan and a villain. He was instrumental
in doing away of the 1st Nov 1947,Govt at Gilgit through the English commander
in chief of Pakistan Army and their politician, puppet Liaqat Ali Khan
(Quaid-e-Millat of the Pakistanis). He mischievously termed it a Shia Govt,
which made headways because of the inherent
Muslim prejudices e.g. Shia Kashmir Sunni Balkh.
d. Please read the book, “Gilgit Before Partition – 1947”, by Brig Ghansar
Singh Jamwal and also “Shamsheer sei Zanjeer Tak”, by Colonel Mirza Hassan Khan
and do not rely only on the book of Major Brown, managed by ISI and British MI
jointly.
e. Keep in mind the composition and disposition of troops and chronology
of events before making wild and loose statements like this which are harmful
for the nationalist cause of the former State.
