The BigIP Load Balancing Engineer will be an expert in the F5 Local (LTM) and Global (GTM) Load Balancing platforms and possess a solid Network background including Layer 2 through Layer 4 with an understanding of switch, network routing, and firewall concepts. Candidates must possess very strong troubleshooting skills as well as a strong TCP understanding as it pertains to packet inspection and TCP flow in the Network and Application flows. This troubleshooting and engineering process forms the majority of normal work. Preferred candidates will have experience with version *11 iApps*Templates, iApps Analytics, and the Application Delivery Network concept. We have over 20 deviceswith dozens of applications each requiring conversion from their current configuration and iRules. Candidates should have integration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience with the *F5* Web Acceleration and DNS products. Recent Netscaler/Citrix administrative experience is a plus and strongly desired. Any experience with cloud based load balancing solutions is also preferred.
