* Job Title : WebSphere Administrator with Data Power Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ. Duration : 8+ Months* * Required:-* • 8 or more years experience in installation, configuration, and administration of WebSphere DataPower XI50 devices. • Proficiency in installing, integrating, tuning, patching, and troubleshooting of WebSphere DataPower. • Proficiency in using the problem determination tools, logs, and probes provided with the DataPower appliance. • Proficient in using performance tools such as Wily introscope. • Proficient in the administration of Apache based web servers IBM HTTP Server and SpringSource ERS. • Proficient knowledge of SOA, Web Services, SOAP WSDL, WS Security, XML, XSLT and UDDI • Working knowledge and understanding of Networking/Routing concepts, firewalls, F5 load balancers, and MQ. • Experience on AIX and/or Red Hat Linux. • Experience on other Web, Application, and Middleware technologies is a PLUS: Such as WebSphere Application Server, PEGA, Cognos, BroadVision, and WebSphere Commerce. • Very detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using Change Control practices and working under technical project plans and timelines. • Ability to work independently on projects. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. * Desired*:- • Day to day troubleshooting of a complex distributed computing environment. • Planning, Testing, Installation, Tuning, and general administration of WebSphere DataPower XI50 devices. • Creation and configuration of domains and adding users to RBM. • Perform Firmware upgrades on regularly scheduled basis. • Shell scripting and DataPower CLI/SOMA scripting to automate tasks. • Collaboration with other teams in the planning, architecture, and implementation of new applications, standards and processes. • Manage PMRs with IBM and closely work with development teams to resolve issues with Domains, MPGs, XML FWs, etc.
