This update to the LTS branch contains a surprisingly large number of
fixes considering that v5.1 is only 2 months old.
Scroll encoding is disabled globally, again, as it seems to be causing
some visual corruption, and not just with the html5 client.
The xvfb resizing bug was a long standing one, and may well explain all
sorts of other, hard to reproduce issues.
There are other X11 and encoding related issues, especially for monitor
and desktop modes.
