Hi Dan, I don't think such an application has been released by anybody (which is not to say that somebody might not have written one, but I wouldn't be holding my breath). However if you start with GyroMag ( http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinyos/tinyos-2.x-contrib/shimmer/apps/GyroMag/) it would be very easy to add accel (i.e all you need to do is combine GyroMag and AccelGyro ( http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinyos/tinyos-2.x-contrib/shimmer/apps/AccelGyro/) ).
However the BioMOBIUS packet format is very inefficient (lots of unnecessary fields) so if possible you should use a simpler format, such as the one used in BoilerPlate ( http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinyos/tinyos-2.x-contrib/shimmer/apps/BoilerPlate/) and BoilerPlate can very easily be configured to stream accel, gyro and mag by default.
