Have you installed the National instruments VISA Runtime Engine, if not you need to? This is outlined in the installation instructions in the user manual.

It gave me the signal strength and com number. Then i ran the shimmer 9dof calibration app but there are no COM numbers displayed. If i manually type it in it doesnt work.
