Hi Ozgun, I don't know of any simple ECG app in any of the public repositories, but modifying SimpleAccel to measure ECG instead of the three accelerometer channels is a very simple matter: http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinyos/tinyos-2.x-contrib/shimmer/apps/SimpleAccel/
And as of two weeks ago this app also demonstrates the power monitoring. BoilerPlate can be easily configured to just measure ECG and the battery, but this is a significantly more complicated application if you wish to make changes to the code.
