Hi Peppe, What firmware are you running on the Shimmer?
The firmware image included with that application is compiled for the shimmer2, and is unlikely to work with the shimmer2r. Besides, this is an old and unsupported application. You would be better off using the shimmer2r and ECG daughter card with the BoilerPlate firmware and the ShimmerConnect application.
