you're not using a tinyos release, are you?
you should be running code from the googlecode svn repository. release
code is waaay old and crufty.
secondly, did you run
make shimmer2r
on the build line? only earlier shimmer revs will point to the long-ago
replaced mma7260...
finally, you should take a peek in the shimmer user manual; lots of good
instructions in there.
