one small thing that i spot here is that you installed the app that is
"in TinyOS-2.1.1," which suggests to me that you're working from a
tinyos release, not the googlecode svn and sourceforge -contrib
repositories? are you talking about the code in -contrib/berkeley/blip
or ../blip-2.0?
the reason i ask is that released code is really old; even the looming
2.1.2 has been in the release process for...awhile. working from the
actively maintained version-controlled -main and -contrib trees will
keep you from having problems that may have been solved long ago.
for example, in the current tinyos-main tree, under support/sdk/c/blip
the driver directory no longer exists...

Can you help me regarding that ? Also any advice to Implement Blip
