When using the ECG daughter board, you should configure Shimmer Connect V0.2 to see 'ECG' and not 'Heart Rate'. 'Heart Rate' is specifically for the Polar RMC01 module which is not provided in the Platinum kit. For further information, I suggest contacting [email protected].
