We have tried to see the PPG signal this morning, and that was the problem.
We can see the signal perfectly in the channel A13.

Hi Alfredo,
 
First, you should confirm that the green LED on the PPG sensor is turned on 
when you are streaming. If not, you do not have a secure connection between the 
GSR+ expansion board and the Shimmer3 mainboard. If this is the case, you 
should open up the unit, secure the connection between the two boards and 
verify functionality, before carefully reattaching the top of the plastic 
enclosure. 
 
Once you are sure that the PPG sensor is physically connected and turned on, 
you will find the signal on Channel A13, rather than channel A12, as was listed 
in the original documentation. Apologies for the confusion caused by this 
change.
