Okay, so I am going to go ahead and check this in this one new file as
shindig.html into the top level dir. I am then going to make a svn client on
the people.apache box, symlink the new file into our www dir and then the
new website should be up.

To update the website while it is still in this very simple form we will
then just need to svn up that client.

Let me know if there is a better way to do this, we can easily change to do
anything else.
(And of course, later we will have a real website with multiple pages, a
wiki or whatever. This is just a quick solution)
