I built and started shindig per the README (under jetty) and I was able to see the gadget when I ran mozilla on the local machine. When I went to my IE on my desktop and connected to the todo.xml gadget I got the title and then nothing else. I then loaded the .war file under jboss (4.2.1 GA) and saw the same thing. Is there something here I am missing.
Another item, when I tried to deploy the war file in jboss I got the following. 2008-02-13 15:06:27,633 INFO [org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader] validateJarFile(/usr/local/jboss-4.2.1.GA/server/default/./tmp/deploy/tmp13717gadgets-exp.war/WEB-INF/lib/servlet-api-2.4.jar) - jar not loaded. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class 2008-02-13 15:06:27,772 DEBUG [org.jboss.web.tomcat.filters.ReplyHeaderFilter] Adding header name: X-Powered-By='Servlet 2.4; JBoss-4.2.1.GA (build: SVNTag=JBoss_4_2_1_GA date=200707131605)/Tomcat-5.5' I tried modifying the build to get servlet 2.5 and a similar error occurred. I modified the pom*.xml to remove servlet-api.jar and I was able to get it to load. I am not sure that I rebuilt the S/W or just rebuilt the .war without the "Offending" jar file.
