Hi everyone, In order to ensure that issues are tracked correctly, I've reorganized (or renamed) some of the JIRA components as follows:
- Gadget Rendering Server (both Java & PHP). Scope is unchanged. - RESTful API (both Java & PHP). This is for all RESTful API specific stuff. I've assigned David Primmer as component lead for now, even though he's without commit access, because he seems to be the most involved in getting things moving. Thanks, David! - Common components (both Java & PHP). This could have also been called "Other" I suppose, but this is where issues common to both Gadget Rendering & RESTful stuff belongs. This includes OAuth and the like. I've also clarified the naming on "Features" and "OpenSocial - Javascript" to better reflect their intended scope. I feel strongly that the opensocial feature deserves its own category because it is so large in scope. We may wind up adding feature specific categories in the future for other features, but since they're all fairly small we'll leave them as is for now. I've assigned Chris as the component lead for all PHP implementations for now. I'll leave it up to Chris to re-assign component leads as he sees fit. I've also added David to the "contributors" group, so he has limited edit permissions for issues. As always, feedback welcome. -- ~Kevin
