For everybody who might have missed it, Ian's build cleanup went in. In order to run Shindig you can follow the BUILD-JAVA instructions which basically boil down to:
cd <shindig> mvn mvn -Prun Which is very simple and should work on windows. I think there is still some cleaning left to do but it will not affect how you build and run Shindig, it will be mostly cosmetic. Thanks for bearing with us. - Cassie
